You know this.
You have explained it to yourself more than once.
The explanation is familiar. It's not creating any change.
The instinct is to add more.
More analysis. More process. More conversation. More time.
The loop does not close that way.
What is sustaining it is not a lack of information.
It is a structure that makes continuation appear more reasonable than resolution.
That structure is rarely visible from the inside.
The work is the same at every scale.
Inside a company: the gap between what leadership believes is happening and what is actually happening. That gap produces friction, slowdown, and decisions that keep reopening.
Inside an individual: something that has been present for months.
The same friction returning. The explanation not landing.
The structure underneath it is what keeps it running.
I find the structure. I make it visible.
When it is visible, it stops holding.
What I hear is not what someone is saying.
It is what is incoherent in how they are saying it.
The work appears in two places.
The function is the same.
The context varies.
What this work is not.
Not coaching
Not leadership programs
Not general consulting
This work is for situations that are already present and have not resolved despite real effort and real thinking. Exploratory curiosity is not the right entry point.
If nothing is at stake, this is not for you.
