ENTRY CONVERSATION

This conversation determines whether your situation is a fit for the work I do.

It is not a sales call. It is a diagnostic checkpoint.

In that conversation, we clarify:

  • what situation you are facing

  • whether the problem is structural or temporary

  • what type of work is appropriate (if any)

Three outcomes are possible.

Interruption 
A focused 90-minute session around one specific decision. Used when a decision has been alive for months and more thinking has not produced resolution.


Company Work
An execution diagnostic or embedded operational engagement.
Used when structural friction keeps returning inside a scaling organization.


Not A Fit 
The situation does not require this type of involvement.
It is stated directly.

This conversation is useful when:

  • a decision keeps returning without resolution

  • a company problem repeats despite strong effort

  • leadership discussions loop without closure

  • The same structural friction keeps reappearing

If the situation is only curiosity, this conversation is not necessary.

If the situation is already present, this is where to begin.
